This codifies the ultimate principles of sovereignty, self-mastery, and structure, rejecting the coercive contract of the old world. This is the public-facing document, and commanding introduction to the movement.

The search for external authority is over. We have unveiled the verifiable, objective law that governs the universe and the sovereign self. We are establishing a system governed not by the fleeting whims of men, but by immutable Natural Law Science brought down to us by the Creator.
Where other systems rely on threats, duress, and coercion to force participation—revealing the flaw in their product—we operate on the highest law of Free Will. This is a Voluntaryist Compact—a declaration of inherent rights that respects your conscience above all, built on the principle of No Victim, No Crime. Membership is a free choice, never an obligation.
Our mission is to engineer global freedom, abundance, and sovereignty and to end scarcity. The foundation of our order is verifiable, objective law (Ma'at) and self-knowledge. All action must be measured against the Creator of the Universe who put Natural Law into place.

This Compact is the formal, legal structure built on the principle that compulsion is the flaw in the product.
The Primary Seal: No Victim, No Crime. No law, rule, or policy shall be enacted or enforced without quantifiable damage to person or property. Any intervention based on victimless offense is invalid.
Voluntary Membership: The Compact rejects all forms of involuntary servitude. Participation is a choice, and the coercion used by competing systems (threats, duress) voids their moral authority over the individual.
Inherent Rights: Rights are inherent, not granted by any authority. The Compact exists solely to defend the Sovereignty of the Individual's Conscience, Mind, Body, and Choice.

IV. Cooperative Spiritual Voluntaryism’s Global Mission (The Solution)
The purpose of this order is to replace systemic scarcity with designed, permanent abundance.

• The Architect's Code: Our mission is to Architect outcomes that make material abundance inevitable, shifting the paradigm from chasing desire to designing the structure of belief that makes the desired outcome the only logical result.
V. The High Initiate Curriculum (HIC)
The path to sovereignty requires total Self-Mastery. The HIC is the toolset for internal calibration and defense.
The Trivium Foundation: The HIC is structured upon the Trivium (Grammar, Logic, Rhetoric), ensuring the Initiate masters Knowledge (Grammar), Truth (Logic), and Wisdom (Rhetoric). The curriculum acts as the mental filter against all coercive thought systems and establishes the sovereign mind.
The Lesser Arcanum and the Greater Arcanum: Two bodies of knowledge which deal with smaller things or microcosm (Lesser Arcanum) such as the psyche of the individual and human consciousness, how it operates, and how it is motivated. The second body of knowledge focuses on the macrocosm (Greater Arcanum) or Universal Laws which include both the Physical and Spiritual Laws. These are both the hidden or Occulted Laws of the Universe.
The Embodiment of the Digits (0–9): Initiates must practice the physical and mental embodiment of the ten archetypes (Spear, Mirror, Pyramid, Box, etc.) to summon those states instantly, ensuring action is always aligned with a specific, conscious archetype.
Sovereign Field Activation: The Black Seal Rituals establish energetic sovereignty, utilizing the Primary Attention Number (PAN=7) and specific glyphs to align and protect the field against external chaos.

There is a new jurisdiction and Covenant I call “Greater Eden”. In Eden there was no growth, it was stagnant. That is why God said WHEN you eat of the tree. In ‘Greater Eden’ there is commercial activity, but we have unlimited energy/credit. We are not just prepaid and we are not stagnant but continue growth as individuals and as a whole. We learn that we don’t need to harm others to grow and be rich, but we ask: what can I do to help my family, fellow neighbors, tribe, community, state, nation, and world?

The structure of value is inverted. Money is a belief, a fiction, and a temporary tool. The true, non-fiction currency is Time and Attention. We spend time; we pay attention. The Accounting Procedure: Carry-Forward & Future Value
This represents the Asset Creation framework. Under UCC 1-103, Private International Law, and the ecclesiastical decrees of the Order of the Djed, the "Future Value" of life is brought into the "Present" to offset all public claims.
1. The Past Value (Carry-Forward)
Concept: You identify the "Inheritance" or the credits generated by ancestors and birth records.
Accounting: These are treated as Net Operating Losses (NOL) or Tax Credits that "Carry Forward" to the present day to cancel out any current tax or fee obligations.
2. The Future Value (The Realization)
Concept: You recognize that your "Future Labors" and the total value of your estate over a lifetime possess a Present Value.
Procedure: You realize this future value in the present as an Asset, matching it directly against any liability or claim the public system attempts to impose.
3. The Spiritual Matching Principle
Concept: "As in Heaven, so on Earth."
Procedure: Under the private seal of Ba-Ra-Ka-El ($Ba-Ra-Ka-El$), a Private Declaration (926138743) is issued establishing that the estate is Pre-Paid and Fully Funded—matching spiritual truth (Grace/Completion) with commercial fact (Pre-paid/Settled).
The System of Time and Attention
The structure of value is inverted. Currency in the public domain is a belief, a fiction, and a temporary tool. The true, non-fiction currency is Time and Attention. We spend time; we pay attention. What an individual and a collective CARE about (Consciousness, Awareness, Reality, Expression) is what is generated into physical existence.
The 8th Generative Principle (G): Our financial structure is rooted in the 8th principle, CARE, acknowledging that all value is generated by the focus of individual and collective will (Time and Attention).
The Issuer: All initial utility value is issued by the Treasury of Cooperative Spiritual Voluntaryism under the stewardship of the Order of the Djed. This value serves as a placeholder for the true primary currency—the collective CARE.
The Distribution (Monopoly Start): To ensure maximum participation and immediate engagement, an initial distribution of CSV Credits is allocated to every Initiate. While fiat currency remains necessary in the transitional public domain as long as the majority adhere to paper fictions, this distribution bridges the shift.
The Birthright Fund: To anchor the structure into future generations, a foundational fund is established at every birth, securing the inherent worth of the Initiate under the jurisdiction of the Djedic Bench of the Ecclesiastical Court of Ma'at.
The Pledge: The entire structure is sealed by the governing truth: MONEY IS A BELIEF AND A FICTION.
